The conference is held in the Fidalgo and Shaw rooms in the Northwest Rooms building on the north side of the Key Arena. If you are facing north, the Key Arena is located on the west side of the Seattle Center
The 2009 Esoteric Book Conference will take place at the Seattle Center in Seattle, Washington. The Seattle Center is conveniently located in the core of the city of Seattle within easy walking distance of hotels, restaurants and other amenities. With the highest number of bookstores per capita in the United States, Seattle is an ideal place to exhibit, promote and discuss esoteric books and related publishing concerns.

We have secured a group rate of $89 per night for the nights of September 18, 19, and 20. We also have a limited amount of rooms blocked off with this group rate for September 17 and September 21 should you want to extend your stay.
When reserving your room, tell them you are booking a room for the ‘Esoteric Book Conference’ to ensure you get the group rate. If you call for a reservation and the blocked-off room rate is full, please notify us and we will see if more rooms can be added to the group rate.
You must book this room by July 20 to get rate otherwise goes up to $119/night. Extended to September 5!
